Britain's Got Talent star has life changing surgery

A dance troupe from Wirral may have had their dreams shattered when they failed to win this year's Britain's Got Talent - but one of the girls' dreams were far, far bigger.

Julia Carlile was born with scoliosis and needed life changing surgery to correct the curve in her spine- little did she know that music mogul Simon Cowell was going to pay for it.

In her very first TV interview since her operation, Julia spoke to our entertainment correspondent Caroline Whitmore.
