AFC Fylde celebrate in style after clinching promotion to the National League as champions

It's congratulations to AFC Fylde who've won promotion to the top tier of non-league football for the first time in the club's history.

They were crowned National League North champions at the weekend and are now just one promotion away from becoming a Football League club.

The players will be presented with the trophy after their final game of the season which is at home to Worcester City on Saturday.
