North West Conservative MPs caught up in election expenses row

Two North West police forces have passed files to the Crown Prosecution Service over the Conservative Party's 2015 election expenses. Morecambe and Lunesdale MP David Morris is one of three MPs known to have been interviewed by police who decided no further action was warranted. The Conservatives have been fined a record £70,000 for failing to accurately report election expenses.

Labour Leader - elections should be re-run if wrong doing is found in Tory expenses row

The Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has been at a social enterprise in Lancaster today to highlight social care cuts.

Elaine Willcox went along to find out more.

But began by asking him about the Conservative expenses row and whether he would call for new by-elections, if the law has been broken.
