Every one of those who died at the Hillsborough disaster was unlawfully killed. That is now the official conclusion. It means their deaths could and should have been prevented.
Not only did police make mistakes - they then falsified more than 160 statements and even at these new inquests they were still trying to blame fans for what happened. Today the families described that as shameful.
