Former DJ Ray Teret guilty of seven counts of rape
Former DJ Ray Teret has been found guilty of seven counts of rape and 11 counts of indecent assault.
Cheers in court as disgraced Ray Teret sent down for 25 years
There were cheers and applause from the public galley at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court as disgraced DJ Ray Teret was jailed for 25 years today.
He was convicted last week of sexually abusing young girls in the 1960s and 70s.
Since then its emerged four more women have made allegations against him which police are now investigating.
