A new campaign in Greater Manchester is warning men not to take advantage of young girls when they have been drinking. It follows 30 reports of rape and sex assaults on students since August. Jess Lishak from Manchester University Students Union says unless 'we're not talking about what women could have done..it's about not doing it.'
