Two care assistants at the Priory at Highbank in Bury have pleaded guilty to abusing a brain damaged patient they were paid to care for.

Carers Lynette Crook and Rita Page were covertly filmed by concerned relatives abusing the patient at the Priory Highbank Centre in Bury.
They have pleaded guilty to abusing a brain damaged patient on the first day of their trial, which was due to begin at Bolton Crown Court.
