Kidney patient thanks donor after 17 years on dialysis
A woman from Knutsford in Cheshire received the perfect Christmas gift after waiting 17 years for a kidney transplant. Emma Woodward's kidney stopped working when she was just 26 years old.

Greg Bleakley, Special Nurse Organ Donation from the National Blood and Transplant service is urging people to do something amazing in 2014 and sign up for the organ donor register.
