Armistice Day

Relatives of murdered soldier Lee Rigby will attend an Armistice Day service in Bury. The Royal Fusilier died after being attacked in London earlier this year. His mother Lyn is expected to give a reading at the regimental museum this morning.

North West marks Armistice Day

Armistice Day was marked by the traditional two-minute's silence across our region.

City and town centres fell silent at 11 o clock this morning - to mark the 95th anniversary of the signing of the peace treaty which ended the Great War.
