Lawson introduce Liverpool fans to life saving surgeon

The pop band Lawson have introduced fans to the brain surgeon who saved the life of their lead singer.

Six years ago, Andy Brown was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Surgeon, David Lawson, removed it during a 15-hour operation in Liverpool.

The band was named in the doctor's honour and, last night, he was welcomed onto the stage at the Echo Arena.
