Detectives investigating the death of a newborn baby found near Bolton believe she lived independently of her mother for a short period of time.
Baby's funeral to be held on Wednesday
Greater Manchester Police have confirmed funeral arrangements for a baby found in Lostock in March. She was born alive and lived for up to two hours. After prayers the baby, named Alia by officers, will be laid to rest in a private ceremony. Police are appealing for her parents to come forward.
