Lucy Powell to take seat in Commons later today
The winner of the Manchester by-election will take her seat in parliament later.
Lucy Powell, who's the new MP for Manchester Central, will be sworn into the House of Commons. She's the first female Member of Parliament for Manchester - home of the women's suffrage movement.
