A full-sized replica Spitfire has been installed at Fairhaven Lake in Lytham, just days ahead of the area's annual wartime weekend.

A full-sized replica Spitfire aircraft has gone on show for the first time in Lytham.
Hundreds of people lined the banks of Fairhaven lake to watch the installation of the 9 metre plane.
It's a model of Lytham's own spitfire which was shot down in the second world war.
A three-year fundraising campaign by the town's Spitfire Display Team has raised 40 thousand pounds to build the memorial.
