Police say Norris Green shooting was targeted attack

Police have cordoned off the scene where a double shooting left one man dead and another critically injured in Liverpool in the early hours of this morning.

A forensics tent has been put up at the spot where a man in his 30s was declared dead at the scene on Ravensthorpe Green in Norris Green.
