Liverpool shooting victim named locally as Joseph Thompson
The victim of a shooting in Liverpool has been named locally as Joseph Thompson.
Police say a man in his 30s was gunned down in Norris Green in the early hours of this morning.
Another man in his 20s was injured and is critically ill in hospital.
