Widow speaks out after CPS decision

The widow of a Greater Manchester Police officer shot dead by a colleague on a training excercise has spoken of her dismay that no-one will face criminal charges.

Joanne Terry was speaking after the Crown Prosecution Service said there wasn't enough evidence to bring charges over the incident in 2008. Instead, GMP and two of its officers will face prosecution for breaching the regulations governing health and safety at work.Rob Smith reports
