The Health and Safety Executive will bring charges against GMP over the death of PC Ian Terry. The Crown Prosecution Service decided yesterday there wasn't enough evidence to bring criminal charges over his death.

Greater Manchester Police will face charges over the death PC Ian Terry who was shot and killed by a colleague while on a training exercise. He was playing a criminal as officers practiced how to stop a moving car in an exercise.
Yesterday the Crown Prosecution Service said there was insufficient evidence to charge the force but the Health and Safety Executive say they are looking to prosecute.
