Online gamer raises tens of thousands for charity
A teenage online gamer has used his skills to raise thousands of pounds for a leading charity. Adam Lyne, from Sale, Greater Manchester decided to have a gaming marathon at home and while playing asked people watching to click on a link to donate money to Macmillan Cancer Support. During two twelve hour periods the 19 year old raised 50 thousand pounds.
