Six family members who tried to kidnap their sister's partner have been jailed for a total of nearly 30 years.
Sarah Harrison was dragged by her hair and repeatedly punched as three of her girlfriend's sisters tried to bundle her into the back of a car.
They also threatened her with a blade and stole the 35-year-old's handbag in a bid to find out where their sister was staying.
Tamoor Ditta, 26, was jailed for six years for conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm, attempted kidnap, robbery, possession of an offensive weapon and battery.
Ghazala Ditta, 31, was sentenced to five years, four months for conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm, attempted kidnap and robbery.
Atfah Ditta, 32, was given five years, 4 months imprisonment for conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm, attempted kidnap and robbery.
Nighat Morris, 39, was jailed for five years, four months for conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm, attempted kidnap and robbery
Tosif Ditta, 34, was sentenced to three years, six months for conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm.

The sentencing of six family members of the Ditta family who admitted attempting to kidnap their sister's partner has begun.
The court has been told that Nazma Ditta's family could not accept that she was in a gay relationship and that they had arranged for her to marry her cousin.
