Petition to push the Premier League to contribute to grassroots football
Those nurturing the footballing dreams of thousands of North West children say the Premier League is destroying the grassroots of the sport.
They claim top teams are taking away talent, while failing to pump money into facilities.
The League claims local councils should find cash for that. Even so, the most successful clubs still put £45million into community causes.
