Arrest in Oldham rape case

A man has been arrested after a 15 year-old girl was raped in a park in Oldham.

A 19 year-old man was arrested on Friday, he was taken in for questioning before being later released on bail with conditions.

It follows the attack in Chadderton Hall Park at around 9pm last Sunday.

Part of the park was taped off whilst officers carried out enquiries.
