Four arrested in connection with shooting at McDonald's drive thru

Four men have been arrested in connection with a shooting at a McDonald's drive thru on Merseyside.

Emergency services were called to The Croft Retail & Leisure Park on Welton Road, Bromborough, on Thursday following reports a 21-year-old man had been shot as he sat in the front passenger seat of a black Ford Tourneo car in the drive thru.

Detectives have arrested a 23-year-old man from Oxton, a 20-year-old man from Tranmere, a 33-year-old man from Liverpool and a 19-year-old man from Tranmere, on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

Police say their investigation is ongoing and have asked anyone with information to let them know.

Officers are also keen to speak to the man pictured below and would ask him, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch.
