The North West Ambulance Service has paid tribute to a paramedic who died after contracting coronavirus.
The long standing member of staff was married with children and passed away on Friday in Hospital.
The NWAS made the announcement "with great sadness" saying "a very dear colleague has been lost to Covid 19.
