Vandals in Salford targeted three police vans, smashing windows and slashing tyres.
Greater Manchester Police say at around 4pm yesterday three unoccupied police vans were damaged on Heath Avenue, whilst officers were out on patrol performin a knife sweep on the area.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
