Further travel disruption for Isle of Man as bad weather continues
Ferries on the Isle of Man have faced continued disruption since Storm Ciara hit the Island on Saturday 8th February.
Ongoing stormy conditions has meant the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company's Ben-my-Chree ferry has been unable to cross the Irish Sea.
Wind speeds of up to 60mph have been recorded on the Island since the storm started.
Both the 7:45pm sailing from the Isle of Man to Heysham and the return journey at 2:15am have been cancelled.
However tomorrow morning's sailing is due to go ahead as planned.
The cancelled ferry crossings on Monday has also meant that no newspapers were delivered to the Island on Tuesday.
Passengers are able to amend their booking for free through their online account or the reservations team can be contacted on 01624 661 661 or 08722 992 992.
A yellow weather warning continues to be in place for coastal overtopping which has continued to hit the Island's promenades and other exposed areas.
The Isle of Man Department of Infrastructure has been monitoring some of the damage over the last few days.
