How to donate to the Wrap Up Manchester project
The Wrap Up Manchester project is inviting people to donate their used coats so that they can be given to homeless people across the UK.
This is the fifth year that the project has been run by the Manchester-based charity Human Appeal, and last year over 30,000 coats were donated in Manchester, Birmingham, and London.
The charity said that they especially need men's coats this year, but are also accepting women's and children's coats as well.
The coats can be dropped off at Manchester Picadilly today until 11.00 am, or can alternatively be dropped off at a number of designated drop-off points until the 22 November.
