Man in critical condition in hospital after Chadderton crash
A man's been left in a critical condition after a car crash in Chadderton on Friday evening.
It happened just after 8.30pm. Police were called to reports that a grey Vauxhall Antara had collided with a black Mercedes-Benz E200 on Burnley Lane close to the junction with Parkway.
The driver of the Vauxhall, a 57-year-old man, was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the Mercedes remained at the scene to speak with officers and was not injured during the collision.
Police say no arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
