In Cheshire, the following roads remain closed:

In Greater Manchester the A555 airport link road has been closed again, just a day after it reopened.
Earlier, two cars had to be rescued by Fire crews after becoming stranded in the water - all occupants are safe.
Stockport Council say they are doing all they can to open the A555 as soon as possible.
Elsewhere in the county the A577 is partially blocked.
Delays have again built up on the A5103 Princess Parkway Northbound from Baguley and also on the M60.
On the trains there's been a landslip between Chester and Crewe, meaning services are unable to run.

There were delays of up to an hour and some cancellations to services from Manchester Piccadilly to Crewe and Stoke-on-Trent because of flooding.
The met office have said further sharp showers or longer spells of rain, heavy at times are due to affect the region this afternoon, with the possibility of further localised impacts, mainly to transport networks.
