Brother of Manchester bomber due in court

The brother of Manchester bomber Salman Abedi will appear at court in Oxford later.

Hashem Abedi was extradited from Libya to the UK last week and has so far denied any involvement in the attack.

He is charged with murdering 22 people, one count of attempted murder and one count of conspiring with his brother to cause an explosion likely to endanger life.

He is due to next appear at Oxford Crown Court on 22 July for a bail hearing, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place at the Old Bailey on 30 July.
