Government figures show the frightening rise of crime involving teenagers in our region. Almost half of those between the ages of 15 and 17 who get involved in crime will go on reoffend. 18 year old Hannah Bridgeman is from Preston and three of her school friends are already in jail.She's being helped to tell her story by the Media Trust and ITV News.
