It's the story of the close bond that grew between a foster carer in Lancashire - and the young woman who she and her family looked after.

Marcia O'Connor became a foster carer in 2012, opening up her home in Haslingden to create a safe place for vulnerable young people.

And Yana who's now 18, wanted to say thank you.
