Esther McVey out of Conservative leader race

The Tatton MP Esther McVey is out of the race to be leader of the Conservative Party.

In the first round the former Work and Pensions Secretary had the support of only nine Tory MPs.

That was the fewest of the 10 candidates, Boris Johnson got 114.
