Why are people still living in one city's 'most dangerous building'?
There are calls tonight for all new buildings in Liverpool to be inspected for safety.
It comes after the city council ordered an apartment block which opened less than three years ago to be completely evacuated.
The building at Fox Street Village in Everton contains 400 flats.
A report to the council claimed it was so badly built that 'any fire will spread quickly and possibly unnoticed'.
But even still, not all the residents have lefts, as our correspondent Matt O'Donoghue reports:
