Community leaders: Tommy Robinson's views 'not welcome' in Wythenshawe
Community leaders in the Wythenshawe area of Manchester say the EDL founder Tommy Robinson is not welcome there.
Mr Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, plans to hold a barbecue for supporters this evening.
A letter signed by the area's MP and a number of religious leaders of different faiths states that Mr Robinson's views have no place in their community:

The event is planned for the Benchill area of Wythenshawe.
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group has also released a statement saying they have "explicitly declined the use of any of our land or assets for this event".
Meanwhile Tommy Robinson says this will be a family friendly event and anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
