Residents of a new block of flats in Liverpool are facing the prospect of being evicted for their own safety.
They've been told the flats in Everton, where they've been living in since September, are so dangerous that unless major repairs are made, they'll be forced to move out.
It's thought this could be the country's first "prohibition order" on a building issued by a council.
The whole scheme of 400 flats may eventually have to be demolished.
And one expert says Fox Street Village could just be the tip of a very dangerous iceberg.
