The sky's the limit for skydiving Glen!

When we get to our mid eighties, a lot of us usually want to take life easy.

But that's certainly not the case for one pensioner from Glossop in Derbyshire who's had Multiple Sclerosis for half a century.

The auto-immune disease affects the central nervous system, but Glen Mills hasn't let that stop her leading a very active life. She says she getting healthier and finds pain relief from can you believe it....indoor skydiving!

Once a week, Glen's husband drives twenty five miles from their home to Trafford to ensure Glen gets her regular high.

Glen has now been appointed an inclusivity ambassador for the company which owns this facility and others around the country and overseas. She's championing indoor skydiving for those of all ages and abilities and is preparing to do this all around the world.
