Call for increased security procedures at all large-scale public venues

The mother of a young man who lost his life in the Manchester Arena bombing, has launched a campaign for increased security procedures at all large-scale public venues.

Figen Murray's son, Martyn was 29 when he died at the arena in May 2017.

Her online petition is calling for metal detectors and bags searches to be mandatory at concerts, cinemas and theatres. It was sparked by her own recent experience
