Little pony left for dead in field transforms into show champion

A little pony who fought back from the brink of death after being abandoned has now become a show champion.

Frodo was found freezing in a field in Cheshire and barely able to stand.

He was rescued by an animal charity and nursed back to health. Now, he's been crowned Rescue Pony Champion on his first trip to the national showing event Equifest.

He'd only been riden for a matter of weeks.
