Mohamed Salah signs new five-year deal with Liverpool

Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah has signed a new long-term contract with the club.

The Egypt forward has committed his future to the Reds with a five year deal, one year after arriving at Anfield from AS Roma.

Salah was named as both the PFA Players’ Player of the Year and the Football Writers’ Association’s Footballer of the Year for his efforts in 2017-18.

The 26-year-old also scooped Liverpool’s Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year at the club’s annual awards evening.
