'No suspicious circumstances' after body found in burning car
Police have established that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found in a car in Partington.
Just before 7:50pm last night police were called to Cross Lane East to reports that a car had exploded and was on fire.
Emergency services attended and found a body in the car.
An investigation was launched and, following further enquiries, detectives have established that there was no third party involvement.
