Greater Manchester Police have released a statement after Sunday's two major events in Trafford.

Michael Carrick's testimonial match and Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester concert both went ahead within hours of each other, with a heavy police presence.

GMP also paid tribute to those killed in the Manchester Arena suicide bomb attack on 22nd May.
