Manchester Mayor lays wreath at Victoria station

Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham was among those laying wreaths as Manchester Victoria this morning.

The station reopened after it closed due to Manchester's suicide bomb attack on May 22nd.

The station is connected to the Manchester Arena where the attack happened.

Transport Secretary Chris Grayling was also among those to lay wreaths at the station on Tuesday morning.
