Mother of Lee Rigby sends condolences to Manchester explosion victims on the anniversary of her son's murder

Lyn Rigby has paid tribute to the victims of the Manchester explosion, which happened on the fourth anniversary of her son's murder.

At least 20 people have died and 59 have been injured after explosion at Manchester Arena after a pop concert by US singer Ariana Grande.

Police said the blast is being treated as a terrorist incident until they know otherwise.
