North West MP describes his desperate race to reach son in Commons nursery

A North West MP has described how he raced to the nursery in the Houses of Parliament to be with his son during the terror attack in Westminster.

Jonathan Reynolds, MP for Stalybridge and Hyde said security doors in Parliament were starting to close and he was desperate to get to his 2-year-old son Seth who was in nursery inside the House of Commons.

Mr Reynolds was able to get in through a different entrance and was able to be with Seth for the duration of the security lockdown
