Family of man found dead in Lymm pay tribute to him
The family of a man reported missing have paid tribute to him after his body was discovered in a field near Beech Tree Lane in Lymm.
Marcus Shaw, 43, from Warrington was reported missing by his family on Saturday, January 14.
Extensive enquiries were carried out by officers but sadly his body was found on Wednesday 18 January.
Marcus's family are currently being supported by specially trained officers.
Formal identification took place this afternoon.
There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
Cheshire Constabulary would like to thank the media and members of the public for their help and support in the search for Marcus.
