Church faces closure just after its 150th anniversary

A church whose congregation marked its 150th anniversary last month is facing closure over to its dwindling numbers.

All Saints CE Church in Hamer, Rochdale has been getting as few as 18 people at its services.

Church leaders say that figure is ‘not sustainable’, and have now organised a meeting to decide All Saints’ future.
