Lowry Hotel goes up for sale

The Lowry Hotel, in Manchester, has been put up for sale.

Global real estate firm CBRE has been appointed to sell the five-star hotel on behalf of the owners Westmont Hospitality Group.

The 165 bedroom hotel has undergone extensive renovation work since it was last sold in August 2014. The owners say it continues to lead the market after a record year in 2016.
