Manchester United and Everton will have full-strength teams for Wayne Rooney’s testimonial at Old Trafford tomorrow.

The new Premier League season in less than two weeks so Jose Mourinho and Ronald Koeman are approaching Wednesday night with all the seriousness you would expect.

United are marking his 12 years at the club. He wanted a match against his old club - who pocketed £27million from the deal in 2004.
