Radio City is working with Alzheimer’s Society and schools across Merseyside to raise awareness of dementia with younger people.
The station’s education academy invited 30 year 9 children from King David, Archbishop Blanch, Fazakerly High and St Hilda'sto come into their headquarters on Monday March 7 and Tuesday March 8 to present and record a script about dementia that will then be judged by the station and used as a radio commercial.

Alzheimer’s Society provides a wide range of support in Merseyside where it’s estimated that 14,731 people are living with dementia.
