Merseyside Police have appealed for information to help trace a missing woman from Ainsdale, Merseyside.

Nicola Critchley, aged 34, was last seen around 5.30pm on Christmas Day leaving her home address on Heathfield Road, Ainsdale.

Nicola has not been seen since and enquiries have been ongoing to locate her since she was reported missing.

Nicola is described as white, 5 foot 6 inches tall, of slim build, with shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a blue Parka coat with fur around the hood, a brown top and black leggings and was carrying a beige coloured handbag.
